Lukáš Vendl studied organ at the Prague Conservatory with prof. Jan Hora and then he graduated from Academy of Performing Arts In Prague, where he studied with doc. Jaroslav Tůma. In 2002 he studied at Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg with prof. Wolfgang Zerer. He achieved awards at some international interpretation competitions. He is a cantor of Evangelical church of Czech brethren and he teaches at the Prague Conservatory. He is a regular instructor of Ancient music summer courses in Valtice (Moravia) and of Summer school of baroque music in Holešov. He is a leader of the ensemble of baroque instruments Harmonia delectabilis and a chamber vocal group Ensemble Guillaume.
