Vaňkátová Dagmar

The soprano singer Dagmar Vaňkátová studied singing at the Prague Conservatory. During years 1982 – 1989 she got several awards in several singing competitions, e.g. International Singing Competition of Antonín Dvořák in Carlsbad or in Mozart´s Prague. After graduating she became a soloist of Chamber Opera Prague (later Opera Mozart). Since 1996 she has been a soloist of the State Opera Prague. She is very much engaged in concerts; beside the Czech Republic and member countries of EU she performed also in Japan.
